Orange Latin Dress

Inspired by the flapper dress style and the wonderful movement in the fringes, we designed this dress and got it made in Wellington NZ. Sourcing the fringes took some effort as there is limited range of them in New Zealand and limited colours (mostly Black and White).

In the end we found a source in Tennessee that had Fluro Orange amongst its range and 12 different sizes. Once made, we chose some black lace which I  cut out various flowers and leafs from and arranged on the black parts of the dress and the sleeve.

The stones I used were Swarovski Fire Opal and Jet Hematite.  There are over 4000 stones on this dress.
