CrystalEdge retains exclusive copyright on all products designed and created by CrystalEdge. Where a product has been specifically designed as a unique piece for a customer, CrystalEdge may use portions of that design in creation of other designs but no other design will be exactly the same in shape or colour. Designs and products available in the onsite shop are not unique for any specific customer so CrystalEdge reserves the right to recreate and sell as many copies as needed

The customer has the right to on sell the product to whomever and for whatever price they deem suitable. The customer may NOT reverse craft or copy any CrystalEdge custom design. This applies to any unique piece or items listed in the shop as “custom”.

LEAD TIMES

The following are the lead times required to allow CrystalEdge to design and create a custom design in time for the specific event it is needed for by the customer:

8 weeks – Nationals Dance Championships

6 weeks – Local Dance Championships

2 – 6 weeks – Weddings or other occasions (depending upon what is being created)

PAYMENT

Payment options at this time are only via bank transfer into the CrystalEdge account.
Account details are contained in the checkout screen.

For shop items, payment is required prior to shipping.

For custom created designs, payment is to be made once the design has been agreed upon and prior to the start of construction.
